COVID-19 UPDATE

 Dear Clients,

Elizabeth Ross has completed all the necessary COVID-19 courses in order to ensure the safety for ourselves and our clients. From this, there have been new Terms & Conditions in place in order to improve the safety standards and reduce the spread of COVID-19, which are listed below. 

• You will be required to wash your hands on arrival.
• If you, or anyone you have been in contact with is unwell/shows symptoms of COVID-19, please reschedule appointments for a later date.
• You will be required to wear a face mask when entering the salon. If you do not have your own these can be purchased from the salon.
• There will be an increased gap in between clients in order to sanitise and disinfect all surfaces.
• Please do not turn up earlier than your appointment time as you will not be allowed to wait inside the salon due to social distancing regulations. You may be asked to wait outside the salon until appointment time.
• Unfortunately, guests can not be brought to your appointments.
• You will be required to provide Name, Email & Phone Number when entering the salon.(This information is being collected to assist the NHS Test and Trace service for tracing close recent contacts of anyone testing positive for coronavirus. It will be given to NHS Test and Trace on request in the event that it is required for contact tracing purposes. We will not use it for any other purpose, and will destroy it after eight weeks. It will be kept here at Elizabeth Ross Hair & Beauty Salon. You have a right to access and correct any information we hold about you).

We will be reviewing and updating our T&Cs as the government guidelines are updated.
